The Western New England Law Review is committed to promoting and supporting inquisitive dialogue within the legal field. As part of our effort to engage in compelling legal scholarship, our blog provides an opportunity for the sharing of new ideas, critical reflection, and timely review of developments in the law as they unfold. The blog is intended to be a space where students, scholars, and practitioners can publish content that is accessible to a wide audience and reflects their own voice and personal relationship with their areas of interest. Uniquely situated in Western Massachusetts, the Law Review blog seeks to address issues that are of relevance to our community.
